Every Child is Unique

We provide services for children and youth from toddlerhood through adolescence. While our focus is on early intervention, typically between ages 2 and 6, we recognize that growth and learning happen at every stage. Our team has experience supporting children at a variety of developmental levels and adapts our approach to meet each child’s individual strengths and needs. Many of our clients who are now older began working with us as toddlers and have continued with our ongoing support.

We believe learning happens best when children feel safe, respected, and engaged. Our team takes time to build a trusting relationship with each child, learn about their interests, and incorporate those interests into activities. Sessions are playful, flexible, and built around your child’s strengths so that skill-building feels natural and fun.

We view families and caregivers as partners. We offer coaching, regular check-ins, and clear communication so you always know what’s happening in sessions and why. We also share strategies you can use at home and provide space to discuss your concerns and priorities. Our goal is to empower you and your child.

Yes. We can offer sessions in daycare and school settings when teachers and staff are open to collaborating with us. Our team values working alongside educators so that support strategies feel seamless and respectful of the classroom environment.

We do not directly provide SLP or OT services. However, we value collaborating with other professionals and are happy to recommend speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists we’ve had positive experiences with.

Every child’s needs are different, but most of our students participate in three to five sessions per week. We work with families to find a schedule that balances consistency with the child’s need.

We practice a modern, compassionate, and assent-based approach to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). This means we prioritise your child’s comfort, autonomy, and collaboration at every step. Our practice is also informed by additional evidence-based trainings such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), JASPER, and the Practical Functional Assessment & Skill-Based Treatment (PFA/SBT) methods.

We are a boutique consulting company with a small, dedicated team. All of our consultants have been with us since they first entered the field as Behaviour Interventionists, and have grown their expertise within our company’s values and style. This consistency means families experience a thoughtful, unified approach grounded in long-term relationships.

Each child’s team is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who designs and oversees programming. Behaviour Interventionists (BIs) provide direct, one-on-one sessions with your child while receiving ongoing guidance and support from the BCBA. This structure ensures your child benefits from both expertise and consistency.

We aim to make starting services as smooth and supportive as possible. Families begin by booking a free intake call. From there, we complete a service agreement, schedule initial assessments (while helping to match you with BIs), and collaborate on your child’s first goals. Once the assessment is complete, sessions begin with a plan tailored to your child and family.
